Today Weather Break kicks off a series of three episodes based on a telephone interview with tropical meteorologist Brian Strahl.  Brian moved to Orlando, Florida in the fall of 2004, just in time to have his new home get hit by THREE hurricanes in one year.  In today’s episode, Brian talks about his experiences with the worst of the three storms, Hurricane Charley.
